Gulf Pacific Online
Gulf Pacific Group manages commercial properties in British Columbia and the Greater Toronto Area. Gulf’s reputation and success are due, in large part, to their hands-on management style. Property managers are actively involved in the leasing, operations, and marketing of their properties. But their marketing communications didn’t tell this story.
Our first task was a brand update that communicated Gulf Pacific’s services in a much more conversational, approachable way. The concise new copywriting focused on client benefits and the key values of working with Gulf Pacific. This copy was used in Gulf’s first fully responsive website as well as marketing brochures.
We photographed their management team in their offices. The casual poses, smiles and direct eye contact all reinforce the same approachable professional values we wanted to convey in Gulf’s story.
Many of Gulf Pacific’s properties are shopping centers. As a value add for their tenants, we launched websites for each shopping center that included interactive 3D maps of the malls. The 3D maps displayed pin panels to locate each business and linked to separate business profile pages. For businesses that don’t have their own websites, this gave them a valuable piece of marketing communications.
